How To Download

Generally, after you successfully complete the order, we will activate the download button within a maximum of 12 hours.You can log in to our website in 12 hours, click the download button, and get your order files (please refer to the steps provided below for specific guidance). 

Meanwhile, we will also send you an email with a download link for the files you ordered to ensure that you can still access your order files even if you cannot log in to our website due to forgotten passwords or other reasons.

Specific Guidance

1.Click on the My Account button in the top right of your screen, and select Downloads.

2.Click on the DOWNLOAD button associated with your file.

3.If you are unable to log in to your account due to some personal reasons, you can refer to the notification email sent by our staff. This email also includes a download link for your order files. If you still have troubles with downloading the files, please feel free to contact us at [email protected] directly.

TIPS:

1. If not already installed, download and install the current free edition of Adobe Acrobat Reader.

 

2. Download the free Adobe-approved FileOpen plug-in for Acrobat Reader.
